The training on programming with AI agents was a great introduction to what these tools can really do in everyday development work. It helped address many of the doubts that naturally come with this shift — especially the move to a higher level of abstraction and the fact that agents do not always behave in a fully predictable way. What made the training especially valuable was showing how scaffolding can make the agent’s work more structured and controllable, while good tests provide confidence that the solution actually works. After the training, AI agents feel much less like an uncertain experiment and much more like a powerful development tool that can be used effectively when guided and verified properly.

The course was extremely high-level, delivered and explained with obsessive precision.

It went great, and the instructor was perfect in every respect — stopping to ask for feedback at the end of day one and adjusting the next day's session in short order is not a small thing.
