A few days ago I’ve announced that there will be a new series of webinars. The last webinar was a success. Apart from a few people complaining that I talked fast, and that there was too much content, I got pretty good comments. People felt quite happy with the content and that the value they received was worth the money they invested.

Service Providers (or colloquially partners ) often refrain from undertaking organization or process changes during implementation projects of Microsoft Dynamics solutions. And it comes as no surprise: there are many risks related to it, and customizations are taken as a more traditional approach.

There are three kinds of people: those who watch things happen, those who make things happen, and those who wonder what happened. The world is in crisis. Some countries are hit harder than the others, some markets have sunk deeper than the others, but the effects of global economic recession are obvious, and if the crisis didn’t hit you yet, fasten your seatbelt—it surely will.
