Business Central · AL · Agentic engineering
Hi, I'm Vjeko.
If you build software for a living, you've felt the ground move under you these last couple of years — the tools changed, the expectations changed, and nobody handed you a map. I've been through that shift already, the hard way, in production, with real deadlines, with customers that can't afford to find out the hard way. That's the shift I get paid to lead: agentic engineering systems reliable enough to ship working software without needing a human to catch the mistakes.
32 years in software. 25 of them in Business Central. Microsoft MVP since 2010.
What I do
I guide
Agentic engineering works, and it's expensive to get wrong. I've already run it through dozens of projects, and helped many companies adopt it — so your engineers skip the year of dead ends and put it to work on the product you actually ship.
Start with a conversationI teach
My workshops go well beyond click-here-press-that tutorials — I break open the underlying architecture so your team leaves with clarity and understanding, not just the clicks. It's why Directions, Days of Knowledge, BC TechDays, and Dynamics Minds keep bringing me back, and why the audiences rate me a top speaker.
Bring me inI build
I build for problems that don't stay inside one platform's boundaries — systems that span stacks, tie unlikely things together, and use whatever's actually new enough to matter, not just what's safe to adopt. Architecture through to what ships, agent-assisted, end to end — production, not a proof of concept.

What You’re Actually Saying When You Say “AI Doesn’t Work”
“AI doesn’t work” has never once been a fact about AI. It’s always been just a confession. About you. “I don’t know how to use it.” Back in 2008 I was writing a book. Implementing Microsoft Dynamics NAV 2009 , together with David Roys – Dave, of the Gaspode’s Brain Dump fame, if you were around the NAV blogosphere back then.

I don’t trust my agents either
There is a moment in my workshops that I have learned to wait for. I am showing something on screen, agents doing their thing, and somewhere in the middle of it I drop the line. Casually. The way you’d mention the weather: “…and then I usually tell it: when done, commit and push.” And the room changes.

Real Programmers Don’t Use Pascal
Programming is not a 20th century invention. Ideas behind what we call programming have existed since at least the 9th century. The very term “algorithm” comes from the name of Muhammad ibn Musa al-Khwarizmi, a mathematician born around 780 somewhere in modern-day Uzbekistan.
AL Object ID Ninja
Zero-configuration, conflict-free object ID assignment for multi-user AL repositories. No setup, no onboarding, no collisions — ever. Now with CI/CD checks and an MCP server for your agents.
Talks & workshops
I spend a lot of the year in rooms full of developers, taking agentic engineering apart on a live screen. If your team is somewhere between curious and sceptical, that's exactly the room I like.
